At Think Coffee, we take pride in our beans and want you to love every brew; if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for equipment and a replacement guarantee for roasted coffee.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
- 3.Pack Your Return
Securely package the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your preferred replacement within 3-5 business days.
